October 17 at 2:30 p.m., an Amber Aviation Gulfstream G450 touched down smoothly at Beijing Daxing International Airport, wrapping up the first ever Hong Kong-to-Daxing international flight. This landmark moment isn’t just a big step forward for Amber Aviation’s plans at Daxing—it also ushers Beijing’s business aviation into a new era of “twin-airport operation, with both hubs thriving.”

To mark the arrival of the inaugural flight’s passengers and crew, Daxing Airport held a short but lively welcome ceremony right on the tarmac. From touchdown to finishing entry formalities, the whole process took under 20 minutes—an impressively smooth experience for travelers. This seamless journey was all thanks to Daxing’s streamlined ground-to-air operations for business jets and top-notch port services, making the first flight feel easy, hassle-free, and truly enjoyable. It’s a testament to Daxing’s standing as China’s leading gateway for business aviation, and a new standard set for the industry moving forward.

The FBO is more than just a hub for corporate travelers—it’s the city’s business reception hall, a vital aviation showcase, and a calling card for its business environment. Amber Aviation sends heartfelt congratulations on the launch and operation of Daxing’s FBO, and we’re excited to see both the airport’s business and the wider industry flourish.

As a global leader in business aviation, NetJets is upgrading and building a range of service facilities across the U.S. market, delivering unprecedented high-end experiences to its owners. The Bombardier Global 7500 offers a luxurious interior with four distinct living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated crew suite. With a maximum capacity of up to 19 passengers, a range of 14,260 kilometers (7,700 nautical miles), and a maximum cruising altitude of 51,000 feet, the Global 7500 provides an unparalleled luxury flying experience. To put its altitude into perspective, it is 1.75 times the height of Mount Everest’s summit and 18 times the height of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

In addition to another Global 6000 and fleet of Gulfstream G450s joining the fleet in 2023, Amber Aviation now manages a diverse range of aircraft types. These include Gulfstream, Bombardier, Airbus, and Dassault, with registrations from popular jurisdictions such as China, United States, San Marino, Cayman Islands, and Aruba. This ongoing fleet expansion not only signifies the steady growth of Amber Aviation but also propels the entire industry towards further development.

Amber Aviation’s management team, comprised of highly cohesive and creative professionals, has been working closely together for over 20 years. With their extensive expertise and management experience, they are dedicated to continuously innovating and advancing the development of business aviation. Having accumulated deeprooted experience in the business aviation field for over two decades, the team has gained unparalleled advantages in professional aircraft management. This has earned them recognition and trust from an increasing number of customers in the market. In 2023, Amber Aviation was awarded IS-BAO Stage 3, the highest level of certification under the IS-BAO standard which represents globally leading safety operating standards.

Adhering to the service philosophy of “tailor-made, flexible, professional, and transparent,” Amber Aviation provides highly flexible and customized service solutions to its clients through a comprehensive one-stop service platform. NetJets will also guarantee aircraft availability to Amber Aviation’s clients, enabling them to connect seamlessly into the NetJets fleet of private jets in Europe or the US for their onward journeys. Amber Aviation’s management clients will also benefit from the company’s alliance with NetJets by being able to enjoy the same pilot training rate at Flight Safety International.

In recent years, Amber Aviation has continuously sought innovation in its business model, bringing new perspectives and opportunities to the industry with a forward-thinking vision and innovative mindset. With the advent of the sharing economy model, Amber Aviation looks forward to delivering new benefits to its clients in terms of time, efficiency, and wealth, while providing support for the sustained and healthy development of business aviation.

From September 19 to 20, Amber Aviation participated in the Corporate Jet Investor (CJI) Asia event held in Singapore. During the two-day conference, we were honored to listen to the insights of industry experts in relevant fields, take part in interactive sessions, and engage in meaningful exchanges with like-minded individuals passionate about shaping the future of Asia’s business aviation market—an experience that yielded great value.

Jeff Chiang, Director of Sales at Amber Aviation, delivered a keynote speech themed “Giving Customers More Choice” at the conference. Through this presentation, more attendees learned about Amber Aviation and its “shared lease” program—the first of its kind launched in the Asia-Pacific region. Industry peers also expressed positive outlooks on the future development of the sector.

As an efficient business jet travel solution, “shared lease” eliminates the need for customers to invest huge sums in purchasing an aircraft. Typically, with just 24 hours’ advance notice, 100% capacity is guaranteed, and no positioning fees are charged within specified ranges. This not only allows business jets to fulfill their role as a transportation tool but also enables customers to fully control their time, unlocking the true value of business aviation.

The launch of Amber Aviation’s “shared lease” product fills the gap between charter customers and those who purchase entire aircraft. By leveraging resource sharing, it ensures smoother operations and lower costs while upholding the pragmatism and focus on utility valued by business jet users. It will drive the rapid growth of business aviation users in Asia and contribute to the healthy development of the entire industry.

Amber Aviation remains committed to providing customers with exceptional services and innovative solutions. We look forward to working with you to contribute to the healthy and stable development of business aviation in the Asia-Pacific region!

On May 23, 2023, a Gulfstream G450 aircraft from Amber Aviation landed smoothly at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, Indonesia, kicking off a two-day static display event. The event successfully attracted attention from business jet users, general aviation operators, and upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain across Indonesia.

In 2022, Amber Aviation seized market opportunities, accurately identified customer needs, and launched its sub-brand “AmberNet” with great effort. Through its “Pioneer Shared Lease” product, the company offers tailored business jet travel solutions to clients. Headquartered in Shenzhen, Amber Aviation boasts a stable base of high-end clients in the Greater China region. Since the official launch of “AmberNet,” the company has placed particular emphasis on promoting, deploying, and developing its presence in Southeast Asia and other Asia-Pacific regions. In September 2022, Amber Aviation successfully held static display events in Singapore and Malaysia, earning widespread acclaim from within and outside the industry.

Expanding international business in the Asia-Pacific region has been a key market strategy for Amber Aviation in recent years. Among Southeast Asian countries, Indonesia—home to the world’s fourth-largest population—boasts a favorable business environment and abundant human resources. Its economy has shown rapid growth and strong resilience in recent years, making it a crucial choice for Amber Aviation’s Asia-Pacific layout. Thus, the static display in Indonesia underscores the company’s determination and commitment to exploring the Asian market.

Industry professionals and business jet users attending the event expressed strong interest in the “AmberNet” brand and its shared lease model. As a well-established product model in European and American markets, “shared leasing” allows more business jet clients to enjoy the convenience and privileges of private jet travel without owning an aircraft. Unlike traditional full aircraft ownership, which involves cumbersome procedures such as aircraft management, maintenance, and depreciation, “shared leasing” serves as an efficient flight solution. It eliminates the need for huge capital investment in purchasing an aircraft, guarantees 100% capacity with just 24 hours’ advance notice, and waives positioning fees within specified ranges. This not only fulfills the aircraft’s role as a transportation tool but also enables clients to fully control their time, realizing the true value of business jet travel.

Amber Aviation operates the largest owned fleet in Asia, with plans to expand its fleet size to 20 aircraft by 2023. This substantial fleet ensures that clients opting for the “shared lease” product can depend on a large-scale, globally deployed fleet network. Backed by seamless integration with its shareholder NetJets, clients enjoy the flexibility to fly anytime, anywhere across the globe. Amber Aviation continues to lead the industry in exploring new opportunities, while delivering more customer-centric, one-stop service solutions.

“ Amber Aviation is pleased to announce that the company has successfully achieved International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) Stage 3 certification.”

“From the very beginning of the company’s formation, Amber Aviation has always adhered to the principle of ‘safety first’. Our corporate culture reinforces our view on safety where all our employees are required to strictly comply with our safety standards and relevant procedures. Having been in operation for barely six years, we have already been able to achieve Stage 3 certification, the highest level under the IS-BAO standard. This is a clear recognition of our flight safety management capabilities which instills confidence in the customer for our sustained ability to offer safe and reliable flight services. ” said Mr. Chang, Chairman and President of Amber Aviation.

“Safety is deeply ingrained in Amber Aviation’s DNA and affects every decision we make.” Mr. Chang added: “The IS-BAO Stage 3 certification is proof that our safety management systems are fully integrated into our business operations and that we maintain an unwavering commitment to safety. I have full confidence that the efforts of all our colleagues at Amber Aviation will continue to enable us to strive for even higher safety standards moving forward.”

The 11th Macau Business Aviation Exhibition concluded successfully at Macau International Airport at 17:00 on November 13. Over the three-day event, it welcomed nearly 10,000 attendees and received coverage from more than 100 media organizations. Amber Aviation provided comprehensive support for the exhibition, collaborating with various sectors to enhance the influence of Macau’s business aviation industry and facilitate its robust development.

Team Experience Journey Aboard a Business Jet

Amber Aviation has consistently adhered to a “people-oriented” management philosophy, maintaining a strong focus on talent development and encouraging employees to accumulate valuable experience through practical engagement. Leveraging the occasion of this exhibition, Amber Aviation invited selected team members to embark on a meaningful journey, traveling from Shenzhen to Macau aboard a Gulfstream G450, which was marked by a spirit of camaraderie and enthusiasm.

While the flight duration was brief, it left a lasting impression of excitement among all participants—particularly for young professionals new to the aviation industry, who gained firsthand experience of business jets as a “safe, efficient, private, and convenient mode of transportation.” This initiative not only afforded employees an unforgettable flying experience but also deepened their understanding of the company’s operations, thereby driving the team to continuously elevate professional expertise and service standards to deliver exceptional experiences for clients.

Impressive Debut on the Inaugural Day

Amber Aviation team curated an elaborate exhibition booth, making a notable debut on the opening day of the event. A significant number of existing and prospective clients visited the booth, engaging in productive discussions with the team regarding new products and service offerings.

“Future Day” Initiative

November 12 marked the “Future Day” of the Macau Business Aviation Exhibition, an event that has been held consecutively for four years, serving as a platform for children to receive aerospace education and gain insights into the development of the aviation and aerospace sector.

To effectively popularize general aviation culture and knowledge among children, Li Xiangyu, a pilot from Amber Aviation, led participating children in an aerospace model assembly competition. Together, they constructed models of the “Yutu” lunar rover and the Long March 5 rocket.

The ultimate challenge of the event was the “Divine Arrow” – the Long March 2F rocket, which carries Chinese astronauts. The top three challengers who completed the task were awarded aircraft models by the captain.

Public Visiting Day

November 13, designated as the public day of the exhibition, attracted a large turnout of visitors, who queued in an orderly manner to board and tour the Gulfstream G450, gaining an appreciation for its sophisticated design.

In addition to aviation professionals, the visitors included aviation enthusiasts, university students, and faculty and students from Macau Kao Yip Primary School. The vibrant atmosphere underscored the younger generation’s enthusiasm for aviation and the promising prospects for the industry’s future growth.

The exhibition concluded successfully at 17:00 on November 13, 2022. We look forward to collaborating with all sectors again at the next exhibition and witnessing the sustained vitality and prosperity of China’s business aviation industry.

Meanwhile, Amber Aviation will continue to actively expand the innovative products and services under AmberNet, further grow its fleet, and provide meticulous and tailored services to clients, ensuring they enjoy spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally luxurious flying experiences.
